Our muscles and Joints are very important in are everyday lives. They are used in every movement we make including simple movements such as waving hello. Muscles can be voluntary or involuntary, for an example skeletal muscles is voluntary while cardiac muscle is involuntary. This means we can control our skeletal , but we can not control our cardiac muscle.

Joints are connections between bones. Watching your weight can is one of the best things to do for healthy joints. Therefore exercising is good for healthy joints because it helps to maintain a certain weight. Sitting still creates more stiffness in joints, so get moving for healthier joints!
