Importance of Water

I am a doctor in Naturopathy and I have had a weight my own personal challenge in weight. My goal is to teach everyone that obesity does not discriminate. This is the  primary reason that I will watch what I eat everyday. I will not claim to have all the answers or a quick fix but I have learned a lot from being overweight. I was tipping the scale at a whopping 238 pounds! At each doctor visit my blood pressure was border line high. I was on a road to destruction and knew something had to change.
